Medicom's Yoda

Today, I stumbled across a blog with Medicom's Yoda in his collection and I felt it was just something I had to have. It just fits nicely in my Star Wars collection. I have Luke and Darth Vader, so Yoda had to be part of the picture. An email shot across to Roy and whoooshhhh...... one was reserved and I picked it up in the evening.

Takara Jin-Roh Panzer Cop - Damn Cool!

Yes, I did mention that I purchased the Panzer Cop from Takara together with Luke and Darth Vader. However, I'm still considering if I should take it out of the box or to let it remain as my mint collectible. Honesty, I'm going for a Star Wars theme, so I'm not sure how to fit him in.

Well, the pictures of it, still in the box are below, but Takara's pictures of this really cool figure can be found HERE.

Bespin Han Solo

On Sunday, two days ago, Sideshow's Bespin Han Solo made it into my collection when I picked it up from Simply Toys at Suntec. Lucky for me, there were only a couple left and I managed to secure one.

I think Han Solo's belt looks really good and full of features. The detail of Harrison Ford's face is really realistic in my opinion. In comparison to my Medicom's Luke Skywalker's figure, I think the size of SideShow figures are much more proportional.

Anyways, pictures are worth a thousand words, and here is Han Solo modeling for the camera:

The detail on the gun is also quite amazing...

A mask also came with it.

I love the detail on his belt....

Medicom's Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader ROTS and Takara's Panzer Cop

Luke and Darth Vader (Return of the Sith version) from Medicom made it into my collection on the 9th January from The Falcon, thanks to Roy.

I think I should really stick to my Star Wars theme and try to not be tempted to get others. Unfortunately, that wasn't suppose to be and I ended up picking up Takara's Panzer Cop as well.

Doh! Just realised as I'm typing this that I forgot to take photos of the Panzer Cop. Oh well, in another blog then...

Well, Luke's pics are as follows:

Here we have Darth Vader.....

His helmet detaches....

Anakin's burnt head is one that I'm most impressed, its really life like.

Obi-Wan Kenobi

Obi-Wan made it into my collection just days after picking up Qui-Gon and Anakin. I had to get him from Simply Toys at Raffles Place.

His Box.....

And the rest of the photos. I have to admit, he doesn't really have much interesting stuff. Just a very nice detailed face.

Animated Boba Fett

I forgot to post up pictures of my Gentle Giant Ltd Limited Edition Animated Boba Fett.

The box was quite big but does it job nonetheless.

The certificate of authenticity for Boba Fett, limited to only 7000 and mine is 4869.

Anyways, here is Boba Fett.........

Qui-Gon Jinn and Sith Apprentice Anakin

I picked up the next two figures on the 2nd January from Simply Toys at Suntec and my collection now stands at three!

In addition I was so tempted by the limited edition Animated Boba Fett by Gentle Giant Ltd that it had to come home with me.

Anyway, once again here are my photos:

Sideshow's boxes are always really well made and had really pretty pictures.

Qui-Gon in his famous stance.

The detail on his beard is quite impressive.

His Jedi outfit without the robe.

Another angle..

Another close up..

Here's looking at you...

Even his long hair is well modeled...

Anakin in his stance...

Anakin's outfit is really nice. I like the leather like material.

A close up shot of Anakin with his Sith eyes...

Another pose of Anakin. I like the detail of his artificial hand.
